Online therapy

For online therapy, I use the video platforms or Skype. I can also offer telephone sessions if this is preferred. I'm also happy to arrange a mix of face to face and online sessions if this would work best for you.

Since the arrival of the pandemic, many people have become more accustomed to communicating via video platforms and many more people have embraced this way of accessing therapy.

For many people online therapy can be a better option than face to face therapy. Speaking to someone from your own home at a time that is convenient for you allows you to fit therapy into your schedule more easily. Some people find online therapy less anxiety provoking than face to face sessions and can feel a greater sense of anonymity which allows them to be more open during the sessions.
